Tom Edwards Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Barstow, Florida, will carry on the tradition of SRT fellowship by hosting the Tom Edwards Spring SRT Car Show on Saturday, May 5, at its dealership. SRT owners and enthusiasts from across the southeast are expected for the gathering, which is open to any and all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and SRT owners that would like to display their vehicles.

“With SRT being such a present model line, it really inspired me to do something for the SRT community,” said Clint Edwards, Assistant General Manager at Tom Edwards Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. “SRT owners are so loyal. They have the best owner loyalty of any of the Chrysler brands, so we wanted to do something special for them and take care of them. Having a car show seemed like the perfect fit.”

A centerpiece of the festivities will be a record-setting quarter-mile twin turbo SRT Viper. The Charger SRT Super Bee, Challenger SRT Yellow Jacket and 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8 will also be on display.

“It’s going to be an amazing atmosphere at the Tom Edwards Spring SRT Car Show,” shared Edwards. “There will be so many great SRT vehicles on display, from the record-setting Viper to rare SRTs, dating all the way back to the 2003 Neon SRT4. There has been a lot of excitement building for the show and everyone should have a great time.”

The Tom Edwards Spring SRT Car Show will award trophies to the top-three in each model lineup of SRT. In addition, recognition will be given to the “Best in Show,” the “Best Paint Scheme,” the “Best Interior” and a special “Fan’s Choice” award. SRT-related prizes will be given away all day, including an autographed poster of the 2013 SRT Viper.

Leading up to the Tom Edwards Spring SRT Car Show, a “Post your SRT Pic” contest has been ongoing, with SRT owners from coast-to-coast submitting over 200 photos of their vehicles online via the Tom Edwards SRT Spring Car Show Facebook page.
