SRT owners assembled to celebrate the arrival of two new SRT vehicles at a special event. On the evening of Wednesday, November 16, 2011, Los Angeles witnessed an unprecedented gathering of SRT owners and engineers, celebrating some of the best performance vehicles the Chrysler Group has ever built.
At the event, up to 200 SRT owners convened to reunite with old friends and forge new friendships. SRT designers and engineers were on-hand to offer owners a candid look inside the culture that begets iconic vehicles such as the Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 Yellow Jacket and Dodge Charger SRT8 Super Bee, which were revealed to the world for the first time during this exclusive engagement.
The Pitch Black Super Bee found a home at the Los Angeles International Auto Show immediately following the event. The event marks the first time SRT had its own distinct display area at an auto show, a reflection of the brand’s recent elevation within the Chrysler Group. Showgoers are able to experience the resurgence of an icon firsthand, as the Super Bee’s masterful combination of track-ready performance and eye-catching design will remain on display throughout the auto show week.
