The end of the road is near for the 2011 SRT High Performance tour, so our cars and crew are closing the epic roadtrip in big ways.
– Trisha Allen.
The team spent all last week on the West Coast taking in Southern California car culture. The SoCal Challenger Club coordinated a stop at the famous Bob's Big Boy in Burbank, which hosts cruise-ins that are said to have inspired the cult classic film American Graffiti. Early the next morning, the team headed to Irvine to experience the original Cars and Coffee event, known to draw high-profile stars and glittering cars worthy of paparazzi lenses.
The final week of the tour will be spent at the exciting SEMA trade show in Las Vegas, where automotive hobbyists converge to network and peruse the world's most creative automotive accessory vendors. If you're going to the show, head to the SRT tunnel, where you can meet the tour drivers, SRT engineers and the 2012 lineup.
