Pricing and options for the 2014 SRT® Viper have been announced. The fifth-generation supercar is available in both SRT Viper and SRT Viper GTS variants. In addition, a limited number of SRT Viper Time Attack (TA) track-day package vehicles will be produced for the 2014 model year. With options available for body color, stripes, wheels and interior amenities, there are over 150,000 unique combinations owners can choose to make their Viper truly special. The racing movie “RUSH” is now in theaters.

“RUSH,” the biographical action film by award-winning director Ron Howard, spotlighting Formula 1 racing legends and champions Niki Lauda and James Hunt, is now playing in theaters. The movie received rave reviews for incredible racing action and drama while telling the behind-the-scenes details of this amazing true story. SRT® engineer Mike Shinedling recounts the brand’s introduction to Ron Howard and the "RUSH" production crew at the Nurburgring during the initial stages of filming. Relive the historic encounter and how the "RUSH" production crew helped SRT set the production-car lap record at the hallowed German circuit.

The SRT® Viper GTS-R team is battling for another win at the ALMS Oak Tree Grand Prix at Virginia International Raceway through Saturday. SRT® Motorsports update: Jack Beckman Reaches Funny Car Final in St. Louis.

The third round of the NHRA Countdown to the Championship playoffs took the SRT® Motorsports family to Gateway Motorsports Park near St. Louis on Sunday, September 29. Jack Beckman, driving a Mopar®-powered Dodge Charger R/T for Don Schumacher Racing, advanced to the final round in Funny Car, falling to John Force. Beckman’s teammate, Matt Hagan, who was the No. 1 qualifier, continues to lead the Funny Car point standings with three races remaining. In the Pro Stock class, Allen Johnson, piloting the Mopar Express Lane Dodge Avenger, was the top qualifier in St. Louis and bowed out in the quarterfinals. The fourth round of the playoffs is set for this weekend at Maple Grove Raceway in Reading, Pennsylvania.
