- What is the SRT Track Experience?

- It is a one-day driving experience. It is an opportunity for customers to safely realize the potential and performance of their SRT vehicles.

- Do I drive my own car?
- A.
- You will drive Chrysler LLC-supplied top-of-the-line SRT vehicles only.
- Q.
- How many modules can I participate in per day?
- A.
- The SRT Track Experience gives you the unique opportunity to learn a variety of driving skills by participating in the following four modules: autocross, full-throttle challenge, advanced car control and performance drive. Hot laps are held at the end of the day and all guests (Driving and Non-Driving) are eligible. The modules at each event will vary, depending on track facilities and weather conditions.

- SRT owners and automotive enthusiasts, ages 18 and up, are eligible to participate and must register to attend.

- How do I register?
- A.
- You can register in several different ways. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
1. Register online in the registration section of this Web site! It's fast and easy!
2. Download the registration form and fax it to SRT Track Experience Headquarters at 1-248-553-2138.
3. Request a registration form via e-mail at registrationform@srttrackexperience.com.

- How long do I have to use my Track Experience if it was included with the cost of my car?
- A.
- Vehicles purchased before 4/1/07 have 2 years from date of purchase, Vehicles purchased after 4/107 have one year from date of purchase. Additionally, as long as you have registered for an event before your expiration you can attend any event, even if we visit your area after your expiration.

- Where is it?
- A.
- The SRT Track Experience will be held at many racetracks around the country. Approximately 25 - 30 events are in the works for this year. Visit our event schedule page for more information. This schedule is updated frequently, so check back often.

- When do the events start and how long do they last?
- A.
- Unless otherwise specified, all events will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m.

- What if I don't see any events in my area?
- A.
- Please continue to check back to the Events Schedule. There are new events being added monthly. While we won't reach every track around the country, the Track Experience is being scheduled at as many tracks as possible.

- What does it cost?
- A.
- If your vehicle was ordered after April 1, 2005, the registration has already been included in the cost of your vehicle and there is no additional charge (U.S. spec vehicles only). If your vehicle was ordered before April 1, 2005, there is a $500 charge for the one-day event. Check your Monroney Label (window sticker) for reference, or call us at headquarters, at 800-998-1110.

- Do lease cars qualify for the Track Experience?

- Yes, if you have leased the vehicle within the last year there is no additional cost to attend. For all newly purchased (and leased vehicles) the Track Experience offer expires one year from date of purchase (or lease).

- Who can I buy a gift card for? How much is it?
- A.

SRT Track Experience gift cards can be purchased for anyone 18 or older with a valid driver's license at a cost of $500 per person.

SRT Track Experience gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

- How long will it take to receive my SRT Track Experience Gift Card?

You should receive your gift card within 7-10 days from the date of purchase.

- How do gift card recipients redeem their gift?

A. SRT Track Experience gift card recipients can redeem their gift by registering on the SRT Track Experience registration page. All recipients will receive an email confirmation acknowledging their selected date and venue.

- May I bring a friend who wants to participate as a driver?
- A.
- Yes. Guests are allowed as space is available. You can enter your guest information on the registration form and the $500.00 registration fee applies. You will be contacted the week before the event if space is available.

- What if I want to bring someone who does not want to drive but just wants to come as a spectator (non-driving guest)?
- A.
- Although this is not intended to be a spectator event, non-driving guests can attend for a $60.00 fee. The fee is to cover meals.

- What does a non-driver get to do at the SRT Experience?
- A.
- The non-driver can participate in the opening and closing sessions, visit the various driving modules, and get the ride of a lifetime during Hot Laps performed by the professional instructors from the Richard Petty Driving Experience.

- How do I know if the event fee was included in the cost of my vehicle?
- A.
- Refer to the Monroney label (window sticker) on your vehicle. If the fee was included, it will be stated as part of the standard package. Or, call us at headquarters at 800-998-1110 and we can check your VIN.

- What if I cannot attend the event when it comes to my area? Can I attend another one?
- A.
- Yes, you can attend any event in any area you desire.

- What is the cancellation policy?
- A.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing, by e-mail, at info@srttrackexperience.com, or faxed to 1-248-553-2138.
We understand that plans change. You may cancel your reservation at any time up to 14 days before your event, with no penalty. Cancellations received after that will be charged the full registration amount.
