Rounds five and six of the NARRA Dodge Viper Cup are in the books, marking the midpoint of the series. Both rounds were hosted at the sprawling Virginia International Raceway, a fast 3.27-mile road course famous for its undulating elevation changes. SRT president and CEO Ralph Gilles raced against a full field of entrants, including celebrity guest drivers Brian Makse and Chris Burandt. Both rounds were characterized by mid-pack passing and dramatic finishes characteristic of factory-bred grand touring races.
